The information we receive is dependent upon what ClubExpress sends over to QuickBooks Online (QBO). I recommend contacting the third-party service provider's support team.

They can go over the integration process in detail, including the transactions, items, and other data you can bring into QBO. From there, you can ask if there's a way to avoid adding new members to the company without seeing them.
