We are trying to connect Quickbooks with an FRB Account. We could connect with the account and received in QB the account balance update but can't get the transactions.

We tried again and we are getting this error message Something isn't working Complete some security steps for First Republic Bank - Corporate Online. Then we’ll get your latest transactions. (185) We tried to complete the secure connection again but although it seems like we achieved the task we are still getting the same error message.

I have some information about the bank error 185, @userdiego1.

 

This error means your bank requires additional security measures (MFA or OTP) every time an update occurs. There's no way to get around this since it's a bank requirement. This is why the error goes away and then comes back after selecting update from the Banking tab.

 

If there are missing transactions in your bank feed center, you'll want to upload them manually through WebConnect. Please refer to this article for the step-by-step instructions: Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online.
