It's great to have you here in the QuickBooks Community, Melynn.

I'm here to help add the bank transactions from May 5 to October 31 to your bank account register.

First, for the bank transactions to appear in your bank register, you must categorize them from the bank transactions page or match them with your records in QuickBooks Online (QBO). You can initially review the bank transactions page and check if the transactions from May 5 to October 31 are there. You can follow these steps:

  1. In your QBO account, go to Transactions, then Bank transactions.
  2. Select the title for the bank account you downloaded the transaction from.
  3. Here are the three areas you can check:
    a. The For review tab is where QuickBooks puts recently downloaded transactions.
    b. The Categorized tab is where the transactions you already categorized will show. Categorized transactions will also appear in the account register.
    c. The Excluded tab is where personal or duplicate transactions appear. QuickBooks won't add excluded transactions to your account.
  4. Click Update if you don't see the downloaded transactions in these three areas.
  5. Proceed to categorize or match.

If you're unable to see the downloaded transactions in the For review section, you can manually upload transactions. QBO can only download transactions up to the past 90 days or a specific date as per your bank's policies.

When this is resolved, let me add these guides for reconciling your accounts in QBO:

We'll be here in the Community if you need further assistance manually uploading bank transactions to QBO. We're committed to offering ongoing support. Take care.

@melynn-integrity

You can use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.
