We made a mistake when importing 376 products into Quickbooks. We want to delete all and re-upload. How do you delete all products in the products and services list?

Currently, QuickBooks Online doesn't support the batch deletion of products directly. However, you can make products inactive, which effectively removes them from your active Products and Services list.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click on the Gear icon and select Products and Services.
  2. Select all the products you want to make inactive. You can tick the first checkbox to select all, then uncheck Hours and Sales.
  3. Click the Make Inactive button.

 

Although this process doesn't delete the products, making them inactive will remove them from your active inventory, allowing you to import the corrected list.
