Question
We opened a QB checking account in November. We had 9 transactions in total since then. We found it today that QB put a hold on account on 01/30 & it's still on HOLD. ???
I called customer service & the rep says she cannot do anything for us. The system says it's just on hold & we have to wait until QB releases it. The rep says there is no escalation process for this matter.
So QB can just freeze our funds without notifying its customers? The rep says it says so in the terms & conditions.
What can we do?
