Welcome to the Community, Debbie. Obtaining your complete number of bank entries is important to ensure the accuracy of your records in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Before anything else, let me share insights into why some of your bank transactions are missing. There are cases that at the time the application starts to upload the transaction, there could be an interruption with your bank connection.

To confirm that these transactions are posted in your bank account, we can log into your account on the bank's website and verify. After that, let's go over to your bank feeds and refresh it connection to start downloading them:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Self-Employed company.
  2. Go to the Gear icon.
  3. Select Bank accounts.
  4. Click Refresh All.

On the other hand, if these transactions are more than 90 days old, please consider uploading manually as they won’t be available for automatic download, you can check out this article for complete guidelines: Format CSV files in Excel to get bank transactions into QuickBooks.

Furthermore, here's an article to help you manage bank transactions: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.
