I deposited check via QuickBooks Online remote deposit. Is more than a week pending common?

I'll share some details regarding the pending deposits on your QuickBooks Checking.

 

If you're new to QuickBooks Payments, we'll deposit your first set of payments within 5 business days. Furthermore, for the next-day deposits in QBO, We deposit most credit card, PayPal, Venmo, and ACH payments the next day.

 

If you process customer payments before 3 PM PT, we'll deposit them in your bank account the next business day. If you process payments after 3 PM PT, we'll deposit them in two business days.

 

If you're brand new to QuickBooks Payments, your ACH payments will take a bit longer during your first month. You'll get your payments within 5 days for the first 1 to 4 weeks while we set everything up. We'll send you an email once everything is set up to let you know your payments will process at the normal speed.

 

In addition, I advise contacting our QuickBooks Payment Support so they can look into your account and verify the progress of your deposits in QBO if you haven't yet received an email notification. Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Go to Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then click Let's talk.
  5. Then, Start a chat with a support expert.

 

You can contact them through M-F 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
