What do I do when there has been multiple charges/ payments made from my account that I did not approve or confirm myself

My issue is not with QuickBooks at all but has to do with payments to T-Mobile that I didn’t approve

You'll have to reach out to T-Mobile directly so you can verify the charges or unapproved payments you accrue from them. We only support QuickBooks-related concerns, and we're always ready to help here in the Community.
