What do I need to do to be able to deposit a mobile paper check?

Got this account in order to avoid having to go to a physical bank. It is completely worthless otherwise. Who can I talk to to be able to unlock that feature?

  1. Within your QBO account, go to Help in the upper-right corner.
  2. In the Search tab, click Contact us.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern.
  4. Click Continue.

 

The other way around is get our contact details under the QuickBooks Online with Payments & Merchant Service Center section: Payments Support.
