Thank you for reaching out to the Community, bighearts4pawsre. I can assist you on how to add your transaction to QuickBooks Online (QBO).

When you connect your bank and credit card accounts with QuickBooks, transactions will be automatically downloaded up to a specific date. However, it's important to take note that some banks allow you to download the last 90 days of transactions only, while others may provide access to transactions as far as 24 months.

However, if your transactions are past 90 days, you can manually add them.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions, then select Bank transactions.
  2. Select the blue tile for the account you want to upload the transactions.
  3. Click the Link account▼ dropdown, then tick Upload from file.
  4. Drag and drop or select files and tap the file you downloaded from your bank. Then, hit Continue.
  5. Select the account you want to upload the transactions. Then, select Continue.
  6. Follow the onscreen steps to match the columns on the file with the correct fields in QuickBooks. Then select Continue.
  7. Click the transactions you want to import. Then select Continue.
  8. Tick Yes. Then tap Done
