Before that, could you please specify the error message you've encountered? This way, we can diagnose the issue and provide a more accurate resolution. We may also be able to check for any ongoing investigations related to your concern. 

 

In the meantime, let's perform a manual download by clicking the Update button. Doing so imports the latest transactions from your bank account and guarantees that your financial data is up-to-date.

 

It's also possible that the issue may be on the bank's end. To verify, I recommend signing in to their website and checking for any messages, notifications, or alerts.
