What is preventing me from adding existing tags to transactions? (and yes it's turned on)

You can add tags to all transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed. The most possible reason why it's preventing you to do so is due to a browser error. I suggest using an incognito window and manage your transactions from there.

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P

Also, it's best to clear the cache. This is a junk file that causes issues. Lastly, make sure to use an up-to-date browser.
