What is the best way to deposit physical checks into quickbooks checking acct? Is there a mobile check scan deposit option?

I'm here to help you deposit your physical checks into your QuickBooks checking account. You can use the Bank deposit window option and select checks as the payment method under the Add funds to this deposit option. Please follow these steps:  

1. Go to +New. 
2. Select Bank deposit. 
3. Scroll toward the Add funds to this deposit section. 
4. Pick the Account where the funds will be deposited.
5. In the Received From section, choose where the money is coming from.
6. Choose the customer's account.
7. Hit Check as the Payment Method.
8. Input the Amount.
9. Then, Save and close.

With regards to the mobile check deposit option, mobile check deposit is not available to all customers. If you don't see the option or it's unavailable, it means you're not yet eligible.
