What is the problem with First Horizon Bank and Quickbooks connection?

I am unable to get the banking feed and bank statements from First Horizon Bank.

Additionally, QuickBooks bank feeds may not update due to website maintenance or ongoing issues with your bank. Error codes or messages can also contribute to this problem. Therefore, we can check this by logging into your bank's website.

 

If there are no issues, let’s manually update the connection to refresh it and retrieve the available transactions.

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Transactions menu, and select Bank Transactions.
  3. From your bank feeds, tap the Update button to start updating the transactions.

Per First Horizon, this has been an issue for over 3 months and they're trying to get Quickbooks to help them resolve it but are not able to get help with getting it resolved.

You can use csv2qbo converter tool for the time being. It's a $60 one time license.

Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser.
