Hi there, info1846.
Let me share some insights on how your reconciliations will move from QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online.
After the migration, all your reconciled transactions in the register will have an R in the cleared column in QuickBooks Online. On the other hand, the cleared transactions will have a C in the cleared column.
Take note that your past reconciliation reports won't be transferred to QuickBooks Online. Usually, if you encounter discrepancies in the amounts or balance, you can try migrating your data again. Converting a second time can fix errors and data problems.
To learn more about the limitations of QuickBooks Online to QuickBooks Desktop conversion, you can read this article: Learn how features and data move from QBDT to QBO. I also encourage checking our Getting Started Guide to help set up your newly converted company file in QBO.
Lastly, I would appreciate it if you could tell me additional details about the issue/mistake in your reconciliation. This way, I'd be able to provide you with more solutions.
Feel welcome to reach out to me again if you have further questions about bank reconciliations. Have a good one.
