What to do when trying to connect to my bank account and the verifying phone number is incorrect?

Hello there, mpetrucci. I know a way for you to update your phone number in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 

Before changing your information in QBO, you'll need to sign in first. Afterward, you can navigate to your profile icon located right beside the Gear icon. Afterward, you can change your information within the Manage your Intuit Account.  

Here's how: 

1. Go to your profile and press the Manage your Intuit Account option.
2. Select the Sign-in & Security menu.
3. Select the Phone section.
4. Choose how you'd like the code to be sent to you.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
6. Make the necessary changes.
7. Once done, click Save.

Furthermore, you can also update business or contact names on your account.
