When can I get the instant deposit choice?

If you have a QuickBooks Payments account, you can request an instant deposit to collect customer payments into your bank account in just a few minutes. I'm here to share with you the details.

If you set up instant deposits at one time, you need to make the requests before 3 PM PT to get your money on the same day. After 3 PM PT, we process any remaining payments at the normal speed. You can request them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week:

We also have a schedule instant deposits for certain days of the week. With this, we check and instantly deposit your entire available balance three times a day at 9:15 AM PT, 2:15 PM PT, and 9:15 PM PT. 

1. Go to the Sales, then select Deposits.
2. Click on Get it now in the instant deposit section.
3. Review the total and associated fees.
4. When you're ready, select Get it now.

Once done, you’ll see the money in your bank account in minutes. It may take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank. Also, an email notification will be sent to you after the amount is deposited.
