When I add a tag to a transaction the web page freezes. How do I fix that?

Let's fix QuickBooks from freezing so you can tag transactions, michael-state48m.

 

It could be a browser-related issue. You can log into your QuickBooks Self-Employed account on a private or incognito browser and tag transactions from there.

 

If it works, you can go back to your default browser and clear the cache and cookies. Your browser’s cache saves files on your computer to load websites faster on your next visit. Follow the steps to clear the cache for your browser.

 

After clearing the cache, make sure to restart your browser for changes to take effect. To have the best and most secure experience with QuickBooks Online, use a supported, up-to-date browser.
