When I check in to QB, I click on Banking and the updating feature is already underway--the circle is circling but never stops and never actually updates my numbers.

When I check in to QB, I click on Banking and the updating feature is already underway--the circle is circling but never stops and never actually updates my numbers.

Since the issue persists, you'll need to perform some troubleshooting steps after updating your account so we can confirm if this a browser-related issue. Please open your QuickBooks using a private browser or incognito.

 

You can check below for the keyboard shortcuts based on the browser you're using.

 

Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N

Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

It is best to clear your browser's cache after performing the steps above. Also, please try logging into the bank website to see if it's working.
