When I click to review transactions, the link pops up and then quickly closes. What am I doing wrong? Why is the app not allowing me to review and categorize my transactions?

To check if this is a browser-related (cache and cookies) issue, try signing into your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) using a private browser (incognito). There are times that the browser is already full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses.

 

Here's how:

 

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox).
  • Control Option (Safari).

 

Once logged in, try to review your transactions in QBSE again to double-check.

 

If it didn't close, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache to refresh the system. However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.
