Question

When I download bank transactions only some of my accounts show that there are trans to review. I have to click into all accounts. Is anyone else having this issue?

The blue highlighted number which denotes the number of transactions to review is not showing on some accounts with transactions to review.  I have 16 accounts connected and it works on maybe 2-3 at any time.

I recommend doing a few troubleshooting steps to help determine the cause of the issue. Using a private browser or incognito window will assist with eliminating some errors or glitches that may occur in the system. Here's how depending on your browser session: 

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift +
  • Internet Explorer/Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift +

 

If this works, go back to your regular session and clear your browser's history. Use another supported browser if the issue persists.
