When I download my bank trans. 1 acct is pulling data from the wrong acct. I have ck'd the link and it shows correct acct. Support has been no help. Why??

When downloading bank transactions into QuickBooks Online (QBO), it's necessary to ensure that the correct bank account is linked. Once connected, it automatically downloads the latest available transactions. Your financial institution controls how the data are sent into the program

 

To address the issue of faulty transactions, review your account through your bank's website. If the issue persists, contact your bank for assistance.
