When I go to banking and click update, it won't download any transactions. The last time it updated was like 2 weeks ago?

I understand the importance of downloading bank transactions automatically from your bank. QuickBooks will automatically download new transactions. If you're not receiving the latest transactions, don't worry. I'm here to help you review your QuickBooks so you can begin downloading transactions again.

 

First, you'll need to check your bank's website. Sign in to your bank's website and check if there are messages, notifications, or alerts that could block QuickBooks from downloading new transactions. 

 

Next, if you have updated your bank information recently, you'll also need to update your bank information in QuickBooks Online.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Transactions, then Bank Transactions.
  2. Choose the tile for your bank account. Then select the Edit icon.
  3. Select Edit sign-in info.
  4. Update your information and select Save.
