Question

When I go to the review tab for transactions on my credit card, there are some missing, which makes reconciling impossible, any suggestions to get them to come up?

My credit card is linked, passwords are updated, I've updated the banking section on quickbooks, some items show up, some do not.

Thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps you've done to address the issue. Allow me to share with you other steps we can use to download your missing transactions. 

 

Let's start by accessing your account in a private window. This way, we can isolate the problem and check if it's browser-related. 

 

You can access this by pressing the following keys:

 

  • Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox).
  • Control + Option + P (Safari).

 

Once done, go back to your account and click the Update button. If this works, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. This will refresh the background process of your browser settings. If the same thing happens, use another supported browser instead.

Moreover, you can manually import bank transactions in QuickBooks Online. Once they're in, you can now categorize and reconcile them.
