When I import products, the mapped accounts show up but highlighted so I have to click each one to manually to accept it. Why don't they import automatically?

When importing products and services into QuickBooks Online (QBO), we might need to double-check the spreadsheet format to make sure we're importing the products accurately to prevent issues. Unless, we'll have to correct it manually.

 

By following the procedures below, you can get a sample file for your reference:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click the Gear icon ⚙ and choose Import Data.
  3. Select Products and Services.
  4. Hit Download a sample file and open the file.
