Question

When I "receive payment" of a check normally the payment is then found in the bank deposit. And there is where I print my deposit slip from. Payments are not showing.

The payments show in my account but not in the area you normally go to for printing your deposit slip.

Hi @david240,

 

Welcome to the Community. Let me help you figure out why the payments are missing.

 

When making bank deposits, payments will only reflect if they are in the Undeposited Funds account. For now, I recommend reviewing each transaction and ensure the account is correct.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. On the left navigation bar, click Sales.
  2. Go to the All Sales tab.
  3. Find and select the payment.
  4. Below Deposit to, make sure to choose Undeposited Funds
  5. Hit Save and close.
