Hi there, jayonm.

Let's record and save the split transactions in your QBSE account.

If these transactions were manually entered, we're unable to split them. What we can do is record the transaction can separately.

On the other hand, if these are downloaded ones, you can split them and save them. Since it's not saving on your end, you can save it using a private browser. This helps us determine if this is a browser-related issue. To open access QuickBooks using a private browser, you can use these shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome, press CTRL  Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press CTRL  Shift P
  • Safari: press Command Shift N

If it's working fine, you can go ahead clearing the cache of the regular browser you're using. Also, you can use another supported browser in QBSE:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox. Note: To preview and print forms on Mac OS, you'll also need the Firefox PDF plugin.
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Safari 11 or newer (Mac only)

Please let me know if you have other questions. I'm always here whenever you need assistance. Take care always.
