When I try to enter a new bill under New Transaction when it comes up has the last transaction on new bill

I can explain why the last transaction's information is showing when entering a new bill in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

QBO has this feature wherein transactions will be prefilled with previously entered information. This may have been turned on that's why your having this experience. If you wish to turn this off, you can do so by following the steps below:

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Your Company, choose Account and settings.
3. Click the Advanced tab.
4. Go to the Automation section and turn off the Pre-fill forms with previously entered content.
   
5. Click Save, then Done.
