Question

When I try to input data in products and services the screen on my iPhone starts jumping up and down and I can’t do nothing

I'd be glad to help you fix your navigating issues in your QuickBooks Online for iPhone so you can continue adding your products and services data.  To fix this, you'll need to troubleshoot the app itself to ensure it runs efficiently and avoid malfunctioning features.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Close and restart the app.
  2. Clear app data. To do this:
    1. Open your device Settings.
    2. Select Apps.
    3. Choose QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
    4. Select Offload app.
  3. Power down and restart your device.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the app.

 

If the problem persists, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online support to investigate this case further. They have the right tools to locate the root cause of the problem and apply the solution.

 

Additionally, you can also consider setting up vehicles and mileage tracking in your QBO mobile app.
