Hi, @chellemike-comca. Let me explain as to why this is happening.

In QuickBooks, some file formats need to be followed for you to be able to upload your credit card transactions. Here are the following formats that you can use:

  • CSV (Comma Separated Values) file: A file format used for text files that contain tabular data. In CSV files, each field is separated by a comma, semicolon, or other special character.
  • Google Sheets: A cloud-based spreadsheet created in Google Drive.
  • XLS/XLSX file: XLS is the file format of Microsoft Excel 1997-2003. Microsoft Excel 2007 and newer use the XLSX file format.

If the issue persists, you can use a private browser. Here are shortcut keys to easily open private browsers:

  • Windows, Linux, or Chrome OS: Press Ctrl + Shift + N.
  • Mac: Press ⌘ + Shift + N

You can also use this article as your guide while you categorize your transactions: Categorize Online Bank Transactions
