When I update the first name, last name in QBO, the changes do now show up in QB Time. How can I force a "sync" of the two?

Hi there, @robb-rileyconsul . I'll share some details about data changes when you sync QuickBooks Time (QB Time) to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.

Please be aware that additions and changes in QuickBooks usually take a few minutes to apply in your QuickBooks Time. The sync log will show (Auto) next to the automatic imports. You also have the option to do manual imports if you want. I'll be happy to input the steps below. To begin, here's how:

1. Access your QuickBooks Time account.
2. In the upper right corner of QuickBooks Time, select QuickBooks.
3. Click Import.
