Thank you for reaching out to us here in the Community@stewart54548. I'm here to help you successfully import your bank transactions in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

To determine if the problem is related to your browser, we can take some troubleshooting steps to ensure that the options in the dropdown arrow will appear when you're on the third step of the importing process.

We can start by accessing your account using your browser's incognito mode to test whether the issue is arising from any extensions or cache stored in your regular browsing mode. You can refer to the following keyboard shortcuts based on your browser type:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

If this fixes it, proceed to clear your browser's cache for a fresh start. Additionally, I recommend using other devices and supported browsers to ensure everything works as expected.

Here's your guide to matching and putting transactions in the correct accounts: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Furthermore, I've included this reference to monitor your entries and ensure the correct balance: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

You can always click the Reply button if you have further questions about importing transactions in QBO. I will always be here as well as the Community folks to help. Take care.
