When linking my account, it is only pulling in transactions from October to. present, not from January 2021

We got you, @jcabic. I can share some information about your issue and will guide you on how to get your transactions from January 2021 to present.

When you connect your bank account to QuickBooks Online, the system will automatically download up to the last 90 days (3 months) worth of transactions.

Since you wanted all transactions from January 2021 up to the present to be imported, what you can do is to manually add transactions using a CSV file.

Follow these steps to get started:
 

1. Click Banking on the left navigation bar.
2. Select the Link account dropdown and then Upload from file.
3. Click Browse, then the file you downloaded from your bank.
4. In the QuickBooks account dropdown, select the account you want to upload the transactions into.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to map the fields.
6. Select the transactions you would like to import.
7. Select Yes. Then Let's go.
    

Once you're done importing, you might want to Reconcile your transactions so they always match your bank and credit card statements.

You can also categorize and match you transactions in QuickBooks Online.
