When reconciling I have seen a tab where I can see bank statements and printed now I don't see it can you help

One of the possible reasons why isn't showing is that your browser stores frequently-accessed data, thus causing QuickBooks Online to act weirdly. Let's access your QBO account using a private browser to check if it's a browser data issue. We can follow the shortcut keys below. 
  

• Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: Command + Option + P
