When splitting a transaction the second drop down under category does not function (no search, or drop down) any fixes?

when splitting a transaction the second drop down in the category section does not function (no search, or drop down). I cannot categorize the split charge correctly because I cannot properly select the right account.

To narrow down the problem, I advise opening your account on a private browser. Unexpected behavior is caused by the cache that your browser has stored. A private browser guards against any virus infections that can result in erratic QuickBooks behavior.

 

Follow these keyboard shortcuts:

 

• Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N

• Safari 11 or newer: ⌘ Shift N

• Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P

• Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P

 

If everything goes well, switch back to your default browser and clear its cache to start over. Moreover, you can use a different supported and up-to-date browser to filter the results.
