When viewing "Bank Register," I clicked "download" why are only transactions beginning with the letter K(sorted alphabetically) included in the download?

I am missing transactions.  How can I fix this?

You can click the Funnel icon in the bank register and filter it to view all your transactions, anacapaukulele. Let me show you how.

 

Before doing so, can you share a screenshot of the transactions starting with the letter K that you have downloaded? It can help us get on the same page and provide accurate resolution.

For now, let's ensure that you filter the funnel icon as it will show all the transactions in the Bank Register. To do so, follow the steps below:

 

  1. From the Accounting menu, choose the Chart of Accounts tab.
  2. Locate your bank account and click on the View register link under Action.
  3. On the Bank Register page, click on the drop-down arrow beside All.
  4. Click the drop-down arrow and Filer it to All.
  5. Hit the Apply button.
