When will "all transactions plus deposit" be back?

Finding all transactions plus deposits in the customer transactions screen is very important to us.

Our product engineers are already aware of the issue about the missing All plus deposits filter in the Customer Transaction List. Rest assured that they're diligently working on a fix.

 

To ensure you'll get an update about the resolution status, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. This way, they can also add your company file to the list of affected users and provide this investigation number for easy tracking: INV-87478. To reach them, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Click the Help button.
  3. In the QuickBooks Assistance chatbox, select Talk to a human and choose I still need a human.
  4. Select Contact Us.
