I'm happy to have you here in the Community. I'll share some details about when your customer payments will enter your QuickBooks Checking account.

Before we dig deeper into this, know that if you use QuickBooks Payments to accept credit, debit, PayPal, or ACH bank transfers, the deposit speed will still depend on what product you're using and the type of payment.

If you're new to QB Payments, please be aware that your first payments will deposit within five business days. The reason for this is that we are still setting up your account at the moment. Once we're done setting up your account, payments will deposit much faster and easier. Also, to check the deposit speed of your current product, you can follow these steps:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On top right-corner, go to the Gear icon and choose Account and settings.
  3. Select the Payments tab.
  4. Review the Deposit Speed section.

For more information, please see this article: Find out when QuickBooks Payments deposits customer payments.

In addition, I've got you this article to help you manage your QuickBooks Checking account: Use your QuickBooks Checking account.
