When you don't have a bank account tied into QuickBooks How do you retrieve the money that a customer has deposited to our QuickBooks account?

I’ve got a solution for you, @userckurgan.


When using a QuickBooks Cash account, you have the option to transfer the money out from it. You just need an external account or use the QuickBooks Debit Card to withdraw or retrieve the money.


Our payments team can also help you with this process. Just log in to your QuickBooks Online account to contact us. Then, you can follow the steps below:

 

  1. Select the Help menu.
  2. In the QuickBooks Assistant window, type in “Talk to a human.”
  3. You can enter "want to retrieve the payment" in the field.
  4. Click I still need a human, then Get help from a human.
  5. Select your preferred support method:
    • Chat with us (Live chat)
    • Get a callback from the next available expert
