Where are all my transactions saved or stored? Or how do I save and store them?

In QuickBooks Online, transactions downloaded into your bank account are found and reviewed in the online banking section. Use this link to learn more: Categorize and Match Online Bank Transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Once done, reviewed and categorized transactions are saved or stored in your account register. Here's an article to read and learn more about using an account register: Find, Review, and Edit Transactions in Account Registers in QuickBooks Online.

However, if you're trying to save or store transactions manually, the +New button gives you these options. The screenshot below displays how this function works:
