Question

Where are my Quickbooks Checking account statements? It only shows 3 months when I attempt to reconcile but there are 6 months prior to those 3 that are missing.

I've manually refreshed and I am still missing statements. I know how to handle when it's a "regular" bank account. But the QBO checking account isn't the same.

We're happy to see you with your first post in the Community, vaughan. We'll ensure you get the right details and will handle your concern about the missing QuickBooks Checking account statements.

We know the importance of having all your bank statements without issues in our program, so you'll get to reconcile your account flawlessly. Technically, we can view the monthly statements by going to the following steps:

  1. Go to Cash Flow, then select QuickBooks Checking.
  2. Select View account.
  3. Click Manage.
  4. Then, choose the Monthly Statements option.

However, in your case, you have three (3) months missing statements that won't let you proceed with the reconciliations.

In this, we recommend reaching out to our Merchant support. That way, they can securely check your account and investigate further about the missing statements. We're unable to do this here for the security of your account since we're on the Community site and it's a public forum. Let me guide you on how.

  1. In your company file, go to the Help section.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Enter your concern, then select Let's Talk.
  4. Choose a way to connect with us:

  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.
