Hi there, @a-lerner06320-gm.

I can share some information to bring your missing transaction in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Before we begin, can you share with me the name of your financial institution? This way, I can check if there are any ongoing investigations related to your bank and offer you the best solution to fix the issue.

Once you've linked your bank account, QuickBooks will automatically download transactions. You might experience some bank connection issues that's why the income and expenses transactions from March 2021 are missing. Let's manually refresh your bank connection and double-check that the associated bank account isn't toggled off.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your QBSE account.
  2. Click the Gear icon.
  3. Select Bank account.
  4. Hit the Refresh all button and ensure that the bank account is turned on.

If the issue persists, manually import your missing transactions. Here's an article that contains the full instructions on how to do it: Add older transactions to QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Once added, you can now categorize them to ensure that they're placed in the appropriate account: For further information, please see this resource: Categorize transactions in QuickBooks Self-Employed.

Don't hesitate to add any details below if you need further assistance with bank transactions. I'll keep an eye on this thread and get back with more information.
