Where can I download QB online app ?

I have 2023 pro online, it says go to setting and click get online app. But mine sure does not hand an option under settings to do that. Anybody have a link?

I'll help you determine why you don't have the option to download QuickBooks Online Desktop App, @JsWestnet. 

 

A feature may or may not be available, depending on the version of QBO you are using. The QBO Desktop App is only available for QuickBooks Online Advanced and Accountant versions. You can get the QuickBooks Online (QBO) desktop app from the Gear icon of your QBO account.

 

Here's how: 

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon (⚙) and click on the Get the Desktop app.
  2. Follow the onscreen instruction to download the app. 
  3. On the sign-in screen, enter your user ID and password, and then click on Sign in.

 

If the same things happen, we can perform basic troubleshooting steps to get you back running. I’ll show you how:

 

  1. First, let's refresh your QBO app by clicking Help.
  2. Then, select Reset App Data.

Do you know why this has been limited to only these version of Quickbooks online? This is so disappointing. I had the App on my old PC, got a new one and now I can't download the App. All my subscriptions are the same. This really needs to change. These subscriptions are already expensive enough and now they are limiting a great add on only if you want to pay $100 a month for a subscription..
