I only see "Online Transfer/General Operations" and can't see who made the transfer.

I'd be glad to help you find the details about who sent money to your account, Abbi.

If QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) the option to check or know who transferred money to an account is not possible unless you have subscribed to QuickBooks Payments to check who transferred money to your account is possible. To do that, here's how:

  1. Log in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. From the Activity & Reports menu, select Deposits.
  3. Use the Dates dropdown menu to change the date. You can filter any six-month period in the last 12 months.
  4.  Optionally, click the Show advanced options to search using the transaction ID and card expiration date.
  5. Hit Search.
  6. When you find the deposit, click the small arrow icon in the FEE column to see further details about what transactions are in that deposit. You can also print the details, print a summary, or export the data as a comma-separated values (CSV) file.

You can visit this article for more details and information: Find transactions, deposits, or fees in the Merchant Service Center
