After my card account information changed, I was informed I needed to "disconnect it on save" in order to save the transactions before I connected to the new one. How do I find the transactions for the account I disconnected?

Hello @lebruce,

In QuickBooks Online, you'll have two sections to check and find your transactions base on how you've reviewed them. First off, the For review tab will show you your downloaded transactions in an account from online banking. Let me show you how.

  1. Go to Transactions.
  2. Select Banking.
  3. On the drop-down menu, select your bank account.
  4. Click For review.

But if you already categorized your transactions, you can find them on your account register by following the steps outlined in this article: Find, review, and edit transactions in account registers.

Additionally, I've also included this reference helpful for the steps in matching your transactions to your bank statement: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.
