Where does the money that I received go after adding it in from the banking page? I may need to adjust that received money amount

Once you added the downloaded transactions to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, they're posted to the register and category where you assigned them.

To find the transactions on your register, here's what you'll need to do:

1. In the left menu, click Accounting.
2. Go to the Charts of Accounts tab.
3. In the Actions column, select the View register for the register you want to view.
4. Click the Filter icon.
5. Select the filters you want you to apply. You can use the Find field to search by amount, reference number, or memo.
6. Click Apply.
