According to the deposits article, "If you process payments before 3 pm PT, they should be in your bank account in 2 business days. If you process payments after 3 pm PT, we'll start the deposit the following business day."
Additionally, if there's ever an issue with your deposit be sure to double check your email as Intuit will contact you there to let you know.
