Hello,

Welcome aboard to the Community. I can share information about where QuickBooks deposits the customer payments.

QuickBooks Payments deposits your funds in the bank account linked to your account. To view or change where QuickBooks Payments deposits your money, follow these steps:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select the Account and settings option.
  3. Go to the Payments tab.
  4. Edit the direct deposit information.

First few deposits take longer while we set up your merchant account. Once completely set up, your payments will deposit quicker, typically within two business days.

You can visit the Merchant Service Center to see if there's a deposit. From there, payments that are part of a deposit are visible.

Here's how to view them:

  1. Log into your QuickBooks account.
  2. Go to Settings ⚙ and then Account and settings
  3. Select the Payments tab and then select Manage Account. The Merchant Service Center opens.
  4. Go to Activity Reports, then Transactions.

If you need further help with your QuickBooks Payments, feel free to contact support through this link: Contact Payments or Point of Sale Support.

We periodically review payments to make sure everything is alright. I've included a link you can visit to learn about how to check if a customer payment is on hold and what you can do during the review: Why are my funds on hold?.
