Let's locate your income so you can get back to working order, @martin46.

It's possible that your transactions weren't categorized as an income that's why they aren't showing in your QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). To verify, let's either customize your transactions or run the Profit and Loss report. Here's how:

If you want to verify it through the Transactions page, please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign in to your QBSE account.
  2. Click Transactions from the left menu.
  3. From the Type drop-down, select Income.
  4. In the Date drop-down, choose Custom date.
  5. Then, enter the start date (March 1, 2021) and end date (today).
  6. Click Apply.

However, if you want to run the Profit and Loss report, please be guided to the steps below:

  1. Click Reports from the left menu.
  2. Select Profit and loss, then click View.
  3. From the Year to date drop-down, select Custom date.
  4. Enter the start date (March 1, 2021) and end date (today).
  5. Click Apply.

If you can't still see your income, you'll want to review each transaction and make sure it's categorized as an income. For more guidance on categorizing transactions in QBSE, feel free to check out this article here.
