Hi there, @lordbones78-gmai.

Thank you for posting here in the Community. Let me help you find the button in QuickBooks Online.

Missing buttons in QuickBooks usually happens when there's an issue in the web pages. If you're referring to the Banking option from the left navigation bar, I recommend performing some basic troubleshooting.

Please start by using a private browser to access your account. This way, you'll be able to check if it shows up when signing in to the account.

It doesn't use the cache, which stores data that creates browser-related issues. Use these keyboard shortcuts depending on the browser you're using:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift +N

If the button is visible, let's switch back to the regular browser and clear its cache & historical data. This helps to restore the default setup of the browser.

In case private browsing doesn't work, use other supported web engine to get the best and most secure experience with the program.

I've also attached an article you can use to add downloaded bank transactions into the correct accounts in QuickBooks: Categorize and match online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

You're always welcome to post any questions you have in this space regarding the banking feature. I'll be happy to help you some more. Have a good day.
